1 kg Beef steak or Fillet (cubes) 1/4 Pawpaw/Papaya (grated) 1 n hlf tsp Salt 1/4 tsp Turmeric powder 2 tsps Chilli powder 2 tbsp Ginger/Garlic paste 3 tbsp Oil 1 tsp Tenderiser
Directions
1) Marinate steak cubes in above ingredients for six hours or keep over night for best results 2) Put in skewers and barbeque on charcoal or grill them 3) Serve with kachoomer, salad, tamarind chutney n red hot chutney with ajam roti, fries or naans
